Customers only need to provide the correct public link for the profile, page, post, reel, video, pin, or content where the service is required.

Customer Responsibility!

The customer is responsible for providing correct order details.

Before placing an order, please make sure:

The link is correct.
The account or post is public.
The content is not deleted during processing.
The username is not changed during delivery.
The same order is not placed with multiple providers at the same time.
The platform, service, and quantity are clearly confirmed before payment.

If the customer provides incorrect details, Apex Follow may not be responsible for delivery issues.

Delivery Time!

Delivery time depends on the platform, service type, quantity, and current availability.

Some orders may complete quickly, while others may take more time. Larger orders may be delivered gradually.

Estimated delivery time is not a guaranteed exact time. Delays can happen due to platform updates, technical issues, or high order volume.

Refund Policy!

Refunds may be provided only in the following cases:

The order has not started yet.
The service is unavailable after payment.
Apex Follow is unable to process the order due to an issue from our side.

Refunds may not be available in the following cases:

The customer provided the wrong link.
The account was private during delivery.
The customer changed the username.
The customer deleted the post, video, reel, page, or content.
The order was already started or completed.
The customer placed the same order with another provider.
The customer changed their mind after the order started.

Replacement Policy!

Replacement may be available for selected services only.

Drop amount
Time period
Original order details
Current service availability

Replacement is not guaranteed for every order. Please confirm replacement availability before placing an order.

If replacement is included in your package, we will review the issue and provide support according to the package terms.

If replacement is not included, Apex Follow may not be responsible for drops after delivery.

Apex Follow is not responsible for any action taken by social media platforms, including reach reduction, content removal, account review, suspension, or restriction.
