How do I place an order?
You can place an order by messaging us on WhatsApp or Instagram. Tell us your platform, service type, quantity, and share the correct profile or post link.
Do you need my password?
No. ApexFollow never asks for your account password. You only need to share your public profile, page, post, reel, video, or pin link.
Can I test the service first?
Yes. We offer starter packages for new customers who want to test the process before placing a larger order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the platform, service type, order quantity, and current availability. Small orders may complete faster, while larger orders may take more time.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before processing starts. Once the order has started, cancellation may not be possible.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only available if the order cannot be started or delivered due to an issue from our side. If the customer provides the wrong link, deletes the post, changes the username, or makes the account private, refund may not be available.
What happens if I send the wrong link?
Please send the correct link before payment. If the wrong link is provided and the order is processed, Apex Follow may not be able to cancel, replace, or refund the order.
Can I make my account private after ordering?
No. Please keep your account, page, post, reel, or video public until the order is completed.
Can I change my username during delivery?
No. Changing your username during order processing may cause delivery issues. Please avoid changing your username until the order is complete.
Do you guarantee sales or customers?
No. Apex Follow provides social media visibility and engagement services. We do not guarantee sales, leads, conversions, viral results, or business revenue.
Do you provide services for all platforms?
